2.This Court is of the view that instead of cancelling the bail granted in favour of the accused, direction can be given for filing the final report in Crime No.320 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, K.K.Nagar (Crime) Police Station, Trichy. Therefore, a direction is given to the Inspector of Police, K.K.Nagar (Crime) Police Station, Trichy to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
