ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has put up a tiny complex comprising a residential portion and three shops. The total extent is less than 255 sq ft. The petitioner wants provision of electricity service connection. When the petitioner approached TANGEDCO, the petitioner was asked to obtain plan approval and also completion certificate. 3.The petitioner has since obtained a completion certificate. Copy of the same has also been enclosed in the typed set papers. The second 2/4

respondent is directed to accept the completion certificate furnished by the petitioner and grant electricity service connection to the petitioner's complex forthwith and without any delay. Of course the other usual formalities will have to be fulfilled.
