When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent, on instruction, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2015 for grant of loan under unemployed youth employment generation programme (called as UYEGP Scheme) was considered and got rejected by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On noticing the abovesaid submission, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order dated 04.06.2015.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is withdrawn with liberty to challenge the rejection order of the second respondent dated 04.06.2015 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
