ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. 2.The detenue informed us that she married the third respondent and is residing with him. The detenue is not prepared to go with the petitioer.

3.The petitioner and her husband appeared before us. Even https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ though they had a talk with the detenue, she was not prepared to go with them.

4. The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty. 5.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
