O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2025 for carrying out corrections in the measurements reflected in the revenue records / patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in and by the representation, dated 04.04.2025, the petitioner had also sought for survey to be conducted with the aid of the police personnel.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/4

order. After carrying out any mistakes in the measurement, subject to the enquiry to be conducted by the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to take up the application / request of the petitioner for survey and dispose of the same, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all other interested parties. If necessary, the 2nd respondent shall take the assistance of the jurisdictional police at the time of survey.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
