2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
