(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) Mr.K.K.Senthil, learned Standing Counsel for TNPSC, accepts notice for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Pursuant to the notification No.15 of 2014, dated 26.08.2014, the petitioner made an application for selection and appointment on the post of Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service. After participation, having been unsuccessful in the selection, the result of which was published on 24.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition questioning the legality and validity of the notification, wherein according to the petitioner, proper allocation of seats to certain communities have not been made. Thus, the notification is against the basic concept of constitutional provisions. The other successful candidates are not impleaded as party respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, as the petitioner was aware at the time of publication of notification about the allocation of seats to various communities. The petitioner has accepted the allocation and participated in the selection process. After the selection is over and the result has been published, the Writ Petition is not maintainable questioning the legality of the notification. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
