Prayer in CRL OP(MD). No.17477 of 2021:- This Criminal Original petition filed 482 of Cr.p.c. To issue directions ot the Respondents to consider petitioners representation dated 02/08/2021 and further direct the 4th Respondent to conclude the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.2/2020 which is on the file of the 4th Respondent within a period of time as stipulated by this Hon`ble Court in the interest of timely justice.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABHA Additional Public Prosecutor, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.RAJIV RAFUS Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time prescribed in the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.17477 of 2021 dated 11.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the investigation is yet to be completed, the petitioner is in need for four months to complete the investigation. 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time to complete the investigation is extended for a period of four months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
