Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide retirement benefits calculating half of the temporary service from 01.06.1984 to 25.02.2010 along with the permanent service for the period from 26.02.2010 to 31.12.2013 by considering the representation dated 19.03.2015 made by the petitioner within time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide retirement benefits calculating half of the temporary service from 01.06.1984 to 25.02.2010 along with the permanent service for the period from 26.02.2010 to 31.12.2013 by considering the representation dated 19.03.2015 made by the petitioner within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.03.2015 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
