ORDER
The petitioners, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry have approached this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and a case is also registered as against the petitioners in Cr.No77 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.
