ORDER

The 11th defendant in O.S.No.156 of 2020, on the file of the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, after a period of four years, only now it is posted for trial. It was adjourned on several occasions for framing of issues.

3.Considering the above said factual situation, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
