ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) & 323 I.P.C r/w 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 in Crime No.461 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police pursuant to the issuance of Non Bailable Warrant in S.C.No.32 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur. The absconding charge sheet was filed against the petitioners in Crime No.461 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Velliyanai Police Station. The petitioners are permitted to surrender before the concerned Special Court on the next date of hearing i.e 07.08.2018 and to file a recall warrant petition. The Special Judge concerned is directed to recall the warrant on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same day. Till then the NBW issued against the petitioners shall be put on hold.
