ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to give adequate police protection for the petitioner based on the complainant dated 30.06.2021. 2.Both the petitioner and the counter party appeared for enquiry and closed on 13.08.2021.

3.Admittedly, a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the counter party. Therefore, police protection cannot be granted.
