The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2025 for issuance of patta to the petitioner in respect of Town Survey No.428 measuring to an extent of 3 cents in Ward No.21, Block No.12 of Madakulam Village, Madurai Corporation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.03.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
