respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and the third respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos.841/3, 841/4 and 842/1 of Ponnamaravathi west village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District as agreed by all the parties in the peace committee meeting held by the second respondent on 27.02.2015. ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos.841/3, 841/4 and 842/1 of Ponnamaravathi west village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, as agreed by all the parties, in the peace committee meeting held by the second respondent on 27.02.2015.
2. On notice to the learned Govt.Advocate, he produced a copy of the proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.1783/2015, A3 dated 03.06.2015 stating that the parties have been directed to appear for an enquiry on 24.06.2015 for conducting the survey of the lands in question. The submission as well as the proceedings are recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the survey shall be done in the presence of the petitioner as well as the other parties.
