H.C.P.(MD) No.973 of 2021 3.Today, when the matter is listed for admission, Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the deten Sulthan Ibrahim has now joined with the Petitioner. 4.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
