The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to approve the petitioner's appointment as Marker in the 4th respondent college with effect from 10.12.1998 with all attendant benefits.
2. Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
