ORDER

The petitioners, with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry, have approached this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.212 of 2024 dated 09.04.2024 and the same is pending. He further submits that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioners. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the petition enquiry within a reasonable period and not to harass the petitioners during the course of enquiry.
