ORDER

The writ petitioner is a serving police official. He claims to have purchased the petition mentioned vehicle through the fourth respondent canteen. His grievance is that the fifth and sixth respondents are not delivering the car. That necessitated the filing of the present writ petition. The writ petitioner seeks relief as against private entities.
