[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenue for production of her sister namely L.Yamuna, D/o.S.Lakshman Perumal, aged about 18 years who has been illegally detained by the 3rd respondent and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The detenue Ms.L.Yamuna, D/o.S.Lakshman Perumal, is produced before this Court. She expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner.
