This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection. The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional Civil Court. Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents drew my attention to the decree dated 18.03.2021 in O.S.No.46 of 2018 on the file of District Muncif Court, Periyakulam. The learned counsel states that it is an online copy. It is seen there from that the injunction suit filed by the petitioner herein against P.Rathinasamy and P.Sekar was dismissed for default on 18.03.2021.
