Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the petitioner's husband, namely, Kaja Mydeen, S/o.Sheik Mansoor, aged about 38 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R
*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he is not in illegal custody. He earlier married a woman, by name, Poomari. In the said marriage, she was blessed with three children. Subsequently, he married the petitioner.
2. We have examined the first wife. According to her, she has not caused any trouble to the petitioner. Both the parties agreed to live together as husband and wife.

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
