This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.114 of 2019 and to file a final report before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation was completed and final report has also been filed before the Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur, which is taken on file in S.C.No.192 of 2020.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration or for direction. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
