[Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.] One Mr.P.Bethannan has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her daughter, by name, B.Meena, aged about 18 years, was found missing from 16.07.2016. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint, upon which a case in Crime No.416 of 2016 was registered by the second respondent police.

2. Today, on mentioning made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the case was taken up for hearing. The detenu was produced by the second respondent police. On our enquiry, the detenu informed that she married the third respondent herein. We also enquired the petitioner. He has stated that he is not willing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to accept the said marriage of the detenu with the third respondent.

3. Since the detenu is a major, she is permitted to go along with the third respondent and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
