ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Thanjavur to take the plaint on file.

2. When the way in which the reliefs are drafted and claimed was pointed out, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would admit that the reliefs are not framed in a proper manner and the petitioner may be permitted to represent the plaint after making necessary changes.

3. In view of the said submission, the revision petitioner is at liberty to represent the plaint after making necessary changes and on such representation, the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur is required to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation and direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to return the original plaint filed along with this revision to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, enabling them to represent the same before the concerned Court, after taking copies of the same. No costs.
