Challenging the detention order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil, in P.D.No.49/2016, dated 02.08.2016, ordering to detain one Sajin S/o.Stephenson, the petitioner has come up with this Petition.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the above said detention order has been revoked. The said statement is recorded. 3.In view of the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
