Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the third respondent herein made in Na.Ka.No.7316/2007/A1, dated 03.06.2008 and the impugned proceedings of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.28097/2008/A4, dated 13.08.2012 and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to redo the proceedings afresh after affording appropriate reasonable opportunity to the petitioner by following the principles of natural justice, and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
