ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement seeking to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition with liberty to raise all these defenses before the lower Court. The learned counsel for the respondent opposes to grant liberty since it is her case that the Civil Revision Petition itself is not maintainable.

2. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is only dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioners to workout their remedy before the Magistrate Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
