PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned recovery order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. P1/599/2023 dated 09.04.2025 and quash the same as illegal.
