PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the third respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Rajiv Rufus For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the said complaint has been enquired and the same was closed on 11.06.2016. A closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is having any grievance, it is open to him to work out his remedy before appropriate Court.
