Defendants Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Court, to set aside the fair order and decretal order passed in CMA No. 6 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Additional Sub Court, Dindigul dated 07.03.2018 confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.491 of 2015 in O.S.No.111 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nilakottai dated 10.02.2016.

ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif,(FAC) Nilakkottai vide the Letter in D.No.7 of 2021 dated 08.01.2021, this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 08.01.2021, the learned District Munsif(FAC), Nilakottai, has requested further time of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.111 of 2015.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2018.
