Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2024, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.03.2024, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent, conduct necessary enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
