Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.CHELLAPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9797 of 2018, dated 18.06.2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
