Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANTHA MURUGAN S.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 07.00 p.m., for the remaining period of 12 days in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.209 of 2021, dated 11.02.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the investigation has been completed.
