ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition stating that her daughter namely, N.Dharani, D/o.Nagaraj, aged 19 years, was missing from 10.08.2016. Therefore, she lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 28.08.2016 and a case has been registered in Crime No.434/2016 for woman missing on 28.08.2016.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a case was registered in Crime No.434/2016 for woman missing and the investigation is in progress.

4. Recording the submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to expedite the investigation.
