O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of petitioners' representation dated 20.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the third respondent is not residing in the above said address that was given by him. So the above said complaint has been closed on 30.03.2023.
