RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.6599/2022 dated 08.04.2022 on the file of this Honourable Court in Cr.No.21/2022 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP(MD)No.6599 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.6599 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.6441 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 6599 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
