This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2024 of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.17431 of 2021.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the order passed by this Court dated 09.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.17431 of 2021, has already been complied with. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
