ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition to produce her daughter by name Ashwini before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.When the petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that the detenue appeared before this Court along with her husband on 22.08.2016, pursuant to the order made in H.C.P.(MD) No.1110 of 2016. This Court examined the detenue, who is none other than the daughter of the petitioner and closed the petition in 22.08.2016. 3.In view of our order dated 22.08.2016 in H.C.P.(MD) No.1110 of 2016, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter.

4.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
