(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) One Thangam has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition alleging that her daughter, viz., T.Archana, aged about 18 years, was found missing and in this regard, a complaint has been given to the respondent police. But, no action was taken so far to trace out the detenue. Hence, he has come up with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the detenue married the third respondent-Iyyappan and they are hiding elsewhere.

3. Since the detenue is a major, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, by giving a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation.
