O R D E R

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 20.11.2013. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Dindigul. The petitioner is having no one to take care. It will be difficult for her to go over to Coimbatore and to contest the proceedings there.

2. Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a woman and that in the interest of justice H.M.O.P.No.806 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Dindigul. The Family Court, Dindigul shall issue fresh notice to the respondent intimating the next date of hearing. The respondent can appear through the counsel before the Family Court, Dindigul on all occasions except during counselling and on those days when his presence is necessary.

3. In the result, Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.(MD) No. 6743 of 2018 is closed.
