ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2024 and to provide the police protection to repair her house.

2. It is seen that admittedly there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and a civil suit is pending in O.S.No. 41 of 2020. The respondents 1 and 2 cannot interfere in any such dispute and had rightly closed the complaint. Consequently, there cannot be any direction as prayed for.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the civil Court. 27.11.2025 LS 2/4
