Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.6087 of 2022, dated 07.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to financial crisis, the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
