*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The third respondent produced the detenu, by name, V.Indira, before us. The detenu informed us that she is not in illegal custody. She is presently staying elsewhere, at her own volition.

2. We have examined the petitioner, who is none other than the biological mother of the detenu.

3. The detenu is not prepared to go with the petitioner. The detenu further informed us that she would not continue the relationship with the petitioner.

4. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
