ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.06.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.06.2018 has been registered in Crime No.249 of 2018 under Sections 498(A), 147, 448, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002.

3.In the light of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
