ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Apprehending that in the name of digging a pond in the petition mentioned survey number, the red soil may be removed this writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader categorically asserts, on instructions, that there is no such proposal as apprehended by the writ petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. If in future there is any such proposal, the petitioner will be intimated in writing, so that, he will have breathing time to question the same in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
