RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.5889/2023 dt.29/3/2023 to with own bond or without solvency with common sureties instead of that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties,each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5889 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023 to with own bond or without solvency with common sureties instead of that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.6775 of 2023 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5889 of 2023, dated 29.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
