ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that her son Mr.Yuvaraj, aged 29 years, has been found missing from 18.08.2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up in the special list, the 1st respondent produced the detenu. The detenu told that because some domestic quarrel, he left his parental home and he has been living in Chennai. Now, he wants to go back with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, namely, the mother. He ascertained that there is no illegal detention. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the detenu to choose his own way of life.
