To Transfer the Investigation in Crime No. 435 fo 2019 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to the file of the 3rd Respondent and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor/Respondent for her willfully disobeying the order of this Court, dated 23.03.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.5037 of 2020. 2.Today the respondent/contemnor is present before this court and submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report made ready on 05.10.2020 and now it has been presented before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil. According to the respondent, she has complied with the direction that has been issued by this court in the above said Crl.OP(MD)No.5037 of 2020, dated 23.03.2020.

this petition.
