ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the first defendant in O.S.No.134 of 2022 seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.4 of 2023 filed by him under Order VII, Rule 11 of Civil Procedure Code.

2. A perusal of records indicate that enquiry has been completed on 14.02.2024 and it is being adjourned only for the purpose of passing orders.

3. Considering the above said facts, the learned District Munsif Court, Periyakulam is directed to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2023 on or before 31.07.2024.
